About Us

The owners: Ben and Jessica’s love for espresso began the day Ben’s father gave them a beat-up old espresso machine that hadn’t been used in years. They immediately noticed that making espresso gave their coffee a bolder flavor that they couldn’t get enough of. They both became obsessed with finding the perfect cup of coffee. As time went by, they fell more and more in love with, not just the taste of the coffee, but the process of making espresso. From finding the best beans, to the perfect grind size and even finding the best water temperature, they were hooked. Jessica especially enjoyed tapping into her Mexican heritage to bring her favorite flavors to the coffee world. As Ben and Jessica grew more in love with the art, they began serving espresso to friends and visitors at every opportunity. Eventually, they decided to open a cart and were off to the races.
